Tools I build for the work I do: earned media, statements of record, and the reporting a comms function owes the people it answers to. What I want from each decides how it is shown here — a demo of a protocol, a demo on fictional data, an open repository, a living case study.

The Loop: A local-first desktop instrument for sending statements of record to press.

It records who was pitched, whether the email was read, what the journalist said, and what ran, on one time axis: the Tape. The Wire is the Tape's read-only projection for stakeholders outside comms; this page demonstrates the Tape on a fictional week.

Cited: Whether an earned media clip is accessible to major AI platforms. A closed protocol delivered as a managed service; this page is a one-slot demo of it.

Cited never classifies whether a URL is news. The algorithm that did was removed and open-sourced as Is It News?.

Most of what is here is available to firms and in-house teams that need the tool without adding a hand to the work. I license these as I see fit; reach out if you think we should talk.
